If you have an inquiry about something to buy at our Putiki Road microshop, or on this website, or about an order you can email or phone us.
Hours
Service hours are Flexible, appointments are usually available between 8am and 7.30pm, and other hours by arrangement.
Shop hours by arrangement.
Since we are often at customer's offices or homes doing installations or troubleshooting, the shop is not always staffed. You can phone, text or email to make an appointment at our office or your place, or you can call-in on the off-chance to 14A Putiki Road.

Who owns Waiheke Techs?
We are 100% Waiheke owned by Briin Gould, who has worked in computers and digital services on the island since 2004.
Briin is a keen advocate of making good use of new technology - from all major brands including Apple, Microsoft, HP, Asus, Google Android and so on. With extensive experience supplying, repairing, supporting and advising about all types of laptops, computers, notebooks, smartphones, tablets, printers, software, backups, data recovery, wifi, broadband etc, he makes his priority you the customer.
"I first started using Apple and Windows IBM-Microsoft computers in the mid 1990s, and have worked extensively in computer sales, services, upgrades and repairs over the past 16 years in Waiheke". Our goal is to help the person using the computer, smartphone or tablet - whether at home, in business or on the move.
Can we come to you? Yes
You can phone, email or text to arrange for a technician visit to supply, install, repair, upgrade, troubleshoot or consult regarding any of the usual small office or home computer and internet type of issues. This includes new equipment, upgrades and repairs.
